Subclass 888 (Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent)) Visa allows entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners to maintain their operations in Australia. Subclass 888 (Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent)) Visa provides five streams: Business Innovation, Investor, Significant Investor, Premium Investor, and Entrepreneur Streams.

Eligibility
To be eligible, one must first possess one of the following:
- a Subclass 188 Visa that is relevant to their field of work,
- a Subclass 444 (Special Category) Visa, or
- a Subclass 457 (Business (Long Stay)) Visa that is granted in certain situations.
