Client Payment Declaration
I hereby authorize FBP International using payment gateway facilities powered by BMS Global Australia and its associates and/or nominees (the ‘Company’) to use their nominated third-party online payment gateway provider to make payments (including but not limited to one-time payments or periodic payments/direct debits) from my debit or credit card in accordance with the payment arrangement for the Company’s fees using the financial information I provide to the Company and/or the third-party online payment gateway provider.
I must inform the Company of any changes to my account and ensure that I have sufficient funds available in my account at the time the one-time payments or periodic payments/direct debits are due. I understand that I will incur further fees and charges (penalties) if I fail to meet the periodic direct debit, as per the terms and conditions of the Company.
I acknowledge that the financial information shall be processed through the thirdparty online payment gateway provider who will be charging the debit or credit card for the one-time payments or periodic payments/direct debits as per the agreed Schedule of Fees. I understand and agree that the financial information shall be stored with the third-party online payment gateway provider for future
transaction reference for any payment processes that shall be made through the payment gateway facility.
I will be solely responsible if I use a third-party debit or credit card for the payments and the Company will not be responsible or liable in anyway whatsoever for any transactions made through the third-party debit or credit card.
I acknowledge that the Client Payment Declaration is to be read in conjunction with the Company’s terms and conditions mentioned on the Company website.
