Courses & Fees

Qualifications Australia requires the following documents from you in order to submit your application for Australian recognized equivalence certification:

1. Certified and original copies of Passport.
2. Certified and original copies of Birth Certificate.
3. Certified and original copies of Driver License.
4. Certified and original copies of National ID Cards.
5. Resume / CV.
6. Two Statutory Declaration/ Affidavit by third party reference
7. Certified and original copies Work Reference Letter. (if applicable)
8. Certified and original copies Payslips. (if applicable)
9. Certified and original copies of post-secondary qualification. (if applicable)
10. Certified and original copies of Work Sample Industry Evidence. (Minimum 3-4 different types)
11. Enrolment Form
