Qualifications Australia requires the following documents from you in order to submit your application for Australian recognized equivalence certification:
- Certified and original copies of Passport.
- Certified and original copies of Birth Certificate.
- Certified and original copies of Driver License.
- Certified and original copies of National ID Cards.
- Resume / CV.
- Two Statutory Declaration/ Affidavit by third party reference
- Certified and original copies Work Reference Letter. (if applicable)
- Certified and original copies Payslips. (if applicable)
- Certified and original copies of post-secondary qualification. (if applicable)
- Certified and original copies of Work Sample Industry Evidence. (Minimum 3-4 different types)
